  • I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

  • Please double check your address (I will ship your order to the address you provided). If you entered the incorrect address, please contact me right away. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped.

  • After your order has shipped, I am not responsible for any delays by USPS.

FAQs

  • Wash your items in cold water (either handwash or use the gentle cycle in the washer) and then air dry.

  • Processing time is currently 3-5 business days (excluding custom orders).

  • Hats are a standard teen/adult size—they comfortably fit a 22-inch head circumference. If you would like a smaller or larger size, please fill out the Custom Order form.

  • Yes! Please fill out the Custom Orders form, and I will follow up with you.

  • Shipping is currently limited to the United States only.
